A Success Story That Shapes the Industry…

Our family began its first commercial activities in 1960 in our hometown of Muş, operating in the haberdashery and home furnishings sectors. In 1980, carpet sales were added to our business portfolio, and starting from 1995, we took our first step into the housewares retail sector as a retailer. Subsequently, we began wholesale distribution of small home appliances, headquartered in Muş, and in 2003, we established our commercial headquarters in Istanbul under the name İLKADIM Group. We operate nationwide in Türkiye as the authorized national distributor of Groupe SEB, the owner of the Tefal, Rowenta, and Moulinex brands. In addition, we serve as the exclusive distributor of selected Braun products throughout Türkiye. Starting from the second half of 2009, we entered the housewares sector with a wide product range under our own brand, Berf. As the İLKADIM Group family, we employ a total of 62 professionals, including 25 members in our sales team.
